I think we all know the fundamentals of RM, but discussing concepts with new people in the room, or with new applications promotes a different way of viewing/ approaching issues that is very valuable. I particularly found the comparisons to the hotel industry very interesting! There was a good balance of learning, discussion and activities – it kept me engaged. Breaks were spaced well too!
