Heyward Group curate leadership experiences across the UK, generally in remote locations away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our retreats are activity-based learning programmes that gradually build pressure and stress in a safe environment to simulate team situations when leading a business.
Our leadership experiences are designed to develop a greater understanding of your individual leadership skills and team dynamics. Strengths and disfunctions of the team are explored in detail as much of the learning occurs through group feedback sessions, where your team are supported to give and receive constructive feedback. The course has been developed over 20 years and yet will be tailor-made based on a diagnostic of the needs of the team.

We can also support you to implement a formal mentoring culture, promoting personal and professional development within your organisation. Of course, we practice what we preach, donating our spare time to support high potential talent in several mentoring programmes.
Through the application of Harrison Assessments, along with other tools, we support you and your teams to review job specific success factors, identify behaviour gaps and produce incredibly targeted personal development plans. Our assessments provide detailed insights into the choices that you make daily and a deeper insight into leadership challenges you might be facing.
